Learn how your computer's file system works and how to use it to best organize your digital content such as photos, documents, spreadsheets, receipts, recipes, ebooks, and more.
Microsoft Office, Word Perfect, Open Office. . . Do you know the parts of a word processing window? How to format a spreadsheet cell? Want to learn to make a Power Point
Do you want to learn how to resize a photo, add text, get just part of a photo, and more? FCS can teach you the basics of graphic manipulation using free tools you can install on your own computer.
Help FCS and any other tech support company fix your computer by learning what you can do ahead of time to narrow down the issue, identify potential sources of the problem, and have the necessary info handy when you pick up the phone. This is one course you’ll want BEFORE your warranty expires!

For the brand new computer user, or the user scared to touch the computer: Learn the proper way to turn on a computer, and the proper way to shut it down.
